Use Concrete Grinding Tools to Get Rid of Graffiti |

Concrete grinding tools can be used to prepare surfaces for refinishing or to remove blemishes from concrete walkways or driveways. They are also useful for removing graffiti from concrete sidewalks or fences. In some cities, having concrete grinding tools could be useful just for graffiti removal. A few years ago in Phoenix, gangs were painting block fences with their territorial marks, and the city and homeowners were struggling to keep up with the removal. The city enacted an age requirement to buy spray paint popular with gang members to sign these fences, and it was not uncommon to see people out with concrete grinding tools taking off the offensive graffiti from their fences. Almost all homes in the Phoenix metro area have some kind of fencing, and many of them are concrete block. It lasts so much longer in the intense desert sun than wood fencing, so it's a popular material. Most people have not painted their block fences, so when the taggers decorate their fences, the owners either have to use concrete grinding tools to get rid of it or paint their fences. |
